WorkLife Learning does not offer a refund or exchange on any items purchased through the WorkLife Learning Store. Requests for a refund can be submitted only if a WorkLife Learning Store’s client faces at least one of the issues below:

  1. The client did not receive the purchased item they paid for.
  2. The client’s purchased item does not contain all files described on the product page.
  3. The client purchased item is corrupted even after our investigation.
  4. The client has evidence that confirms that the product is counterfeit.

If for whatever reason the transaction fails, WorkLife Learning will investigate and do the necessary actions to resolve the issue.

WorkLife Learning has the right to refuse your refund request in case there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other deceitful actions.

WorkLife Learning reserves the right to refuse a refund request without providing the additional details to the buyer.

We recommend our clients to contact us for assistance if they experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.


Once your request for a refund is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you whether your request for a refund is approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed. The refund amount will be transferred to the same address used to purchase the product in the first place.

Refund requests will be rejected automatically if the client requests a refund on:

  • Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded.
  • Indirect Purchases: WorkLife Learning products purchased at another unauthorized online or non-online store will not be refunded.
  • e-Gift Cards: Products that are purchased using WorkLife Learning Gift Cards to pay the whole amount or partially will not be refunded.
  • Reimbursements and fees: WorkLife Learning will not cover transferring or withdrawal fees from a WorkLife Learning Store account to your private account.

WorkLife Learning Store Vendor’s Products

Products purchased from WorkLife Learning Store Vendor’s Products are not refundable.

If you wish to apply for a refund request please go under My Purchases ->View Order on your dashboard and apply for a refund request.

You can view the status of your refund request under Refund Requests on your dashboard.

Please note that once your refund is processed, you will no longer have access to WorkLife Learning updates or our support for the refunded product.
